  • Multi-gear transmission for electric drivetrains or shifting logic

    Enhance EV performance with advanced multi-gear transmissions. You are developing solutions that enhance seamless and responsive shifting systems? We would like to work with you to optimize efficiency and performance with innovative clutch, actuator, and gear designs. Your solutions redefine electric vehicle drivetrains and contribute to a more dynamic and efficient EV experience.

    Purpose:

    Advanced multi-gear systems for EV drives (clutch, actuator, and gears) that ensure seamless and responsive shifting, improved efficiency, and optimized vehicle performance.

    Requirements:

    • Shift Speed: Synchronization during torqueless shifting to be capable of shifting gears within <400 milliseconds
    • Shift Force Adaptation: enable low force application to ensure smooth engagement of clutches
    • Shifting under torque: high efficiency & low cost & high integration grade of system
    • Innovative concepts of high efficiency at low torque

    Application Phase: CLOSED

  • Supercapacitors

    Boost EV performance with advanced supercapacitor systems. We are interested in any technology that increases peak power and recuperation effectiveness, as we aim to optimize our solutions for high-dynamic racing applications. Your innovations will enhance vehicle responsiveness and efficiency. Help us push the limits of EV performance.

    Purpose:

    Increase peak power (boost functionality) as well as recuperation effectiveness of our vehicles especially for high-dynamic racing applications

    Requirements:

    • Power density: min ~3,5 kW/l
    • Service life: Guarantee service life of 10 years
    • No operation in race driving of a cooling system, no cooling required
    • Temperature range: -40°C to 65°C
